William J. Monihan

William J. Monihan grew up listening for the things that weren't being said. A son, a seeker, a long-time student of his own interior — he spent decades learning to translate the static of memory into something honest enough to put on a page.

His writing lives at the intersection of memoir and meditation. He is drawn to silence, to the space between people, to the moments where ordinary life cracks open and reveals something quietly enormous.

Radio Frequency is his first memoir — the result of a lifetime of listening, and the courage, finally, to write what he heard.
